The back bedroom opens up to the fenced in back porch area that is shared with the hair salon in a separate building located just off the back of the building. The hair salon is owned by Stephanie who has been there for over 10 years and she has very been helpful with any issues that arise at the house. The area is very quiet and peaceful. There is a TV in the middle and front bedroom, and a main TV over the electric fireplace in the living room. The dining room and living room are combined in one large room with a mid century modern dining room table. There is also a front enclosed sitting area that looks out onto Adams Lane. The floors in the house are mostly the original hard wood, with new vinyl flooring in the kitchen/laundry area and new tile in the full bathroom. There is a stacked washer/dryer in the laundry area adjacent to the kitchen with a laundry sink. There are many original paintings throughout the home. Indigenous restaurant is next door for an easy dining experience. Towles Court is a very quiet neighborhood area, but very close to all the festivities in downtown Sarasota. Towles Court originally was an art community, which still houses many art studios in the neighborhood.

The property has security cameras on the outside of the house. There are absolutely no cameras inside.

Owner purchased the home in 2005 and did a series of upgrades over the years with new paint, refurbished hard wood floors, and other various upgrades while maintaining the 1920s feel to the home.
